Waves support please help me WUP my IR1

Hi waves people I'm trying to WUP my IR1 from HTDM to a version that'll work with V7 PT but it seems to not be offering WUP in my user account. IR V2 Products. Ironically when I try to email you guys at tech support to get wupped it wont let me email you because I'm not wupped!!!
