M Box: New install not working

I just installed an m box one on my newer computer and when I try to open up pro tools le I get the following errors...

DsiSetThreadPriority@8 could not be located in the dynamic link library DSI.Dll


A required DLL file, DAE.dll, was not found

I uninstalled and re-installed and the same thing. Anyone have any advice? I bought this m-box used on craigslist and it seemed to be working fine when he demoed it for me....

A required DLL file, DAE.dll, was not found

That is an indication that you have two different versions of Pro Tools, or a different version of the standalone drivers than the Pro Tools version installed. It has also been linked to trying to install an update-only version of Pro Tools without having the full version installed.

Try using The Pro Tools Uninstall Utility, and then re-installing per the instructions in the Getting Started Guide.
