I haven't bought any Waves plugins at full price since I bought my Native Power Pack back in...2004? And I own a bunch of Waves plugins, including The Platinum Bundle.

They were just selling the Gold Bundle for like $127.

I pretty much only buy plugins when they are on sale or maybe discounted when first released, or upgrade at a discount when first released.

Not just full price but even the recent price drop for H-Reverb when it was like $69? Same thing for C6; discounted price and literally 2 weeks after I got it Waves dropped it again (and again).

There's only one plugin in my whole current system that I paid full price for and that's the HOFA IQ-EQ (their stuff never seems to go on sale). Just about everything else is like you write.

BTW the intro price for HOFA System 1 has been extended until the end of August.

They actually had it for $25 about a week ago (end of June).
