Default PT 11 Midi edit window "gray"

Anyone ever seen this before (see attached pic)? The Midi Editor window is opening with this large gray section. Just started happening mid session. I've done multiple restarts and trashed PT preferences. Tried new and old sessions. Still happening.

I'm using PT v11.0.3 Native HD and my Mac tower runs OS 10.8.5.

Would like to try to resovle this without updates to PT since I've been good and stable with these versions for months, and am in the middle of projects.

Can't really tell from the picture, but are you zoomed way out? Try zooming in

I'm sure you know, but just for being thorough, you can adjust the zoom on the MIDI EDITOR Window with the [+] and [-] buttons on the Bottom, Right hand side of the scroll bar.
Attachment 2610

Or you can use the Zoom/Magnifier tool
Attachment 2611

Or use the 'R' and 'T' keys, as long as you have the Command Focus box lit for the Midi Editor. There are several Command Focus boxes within Pro Tools.
Attachment 2612

You can have different zoom levels for the Main Edit Window and the MIDI Editor.

EDIT: I forgot, you can also use the 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 keys to quickly jump to different zoom levels just like in the main Edit Window.

HAHAHA!

Thank you so much guys. 13 years of ProTools and I guess I've never accidentally zoomed out that far. I am definitely moving too fast for my own good today.

The fact that I don't have to reinstall or upgrade anything supersedes my embarrassment.

Thanks again for the help!
