Default Zero Latency Monitoring on 003 Rack+

I'm thinking about buying the 003 Rack+ and was wondering if it has zero latency monitoring.
I looked at the specs and didn't find anything and I also searched the forum looking for this answer.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Its not true ZERO latency, but I doubt any musician will notice the tiny bit that exists. Many of us have gravitated away from using Low Latency Mode(which is an option which works well but disables plugins and aux sends on the record-enabled tracks) and have gone to powerful computers that will run lots of tracks at the 64 buffer setting. At that buffer, latency is so small as to not bother 99% of musicians, and it allows full use of aux sends for setting multiple headphone mixes. One word of advice though, as cool as the 003r+ is, I would actually recommend the 003r standard(with the 4 mic preamps) for the following reasons. First-I have heard complaints that all the input settings for mic/line, Phantom and HPF are not saved so every time you power the unit on, all input settings default and need to be reset manually(not an issue on the regular 003r). The second reason is, since the 003 mic preamps are basically vanilla(i.e. no character) instead of buying 8 of the same old same old, get 4 and spend the leftover cash on some other flavor of mic pre(I use a Focusrite ISA428 into 5-8 on my setup but an API 3124 would be nice as well). Then you still have the ADAT port where you can bring in 8 more mic preamps with any of several units like the Presonus Firestudio, D8, M-Audio Octane or similar.

That is true about having to reset th 003+ every time you restart it ( what a drag... I really can't believe digi didn't think about putting a save feature on the 003+)
I think thats one feature that makes the 002 a a more convienient unit.
I assume you would also have to reset the 003 also every time you restart it.
