Target playlist feature-question/quibble

Just wanted to see if I'm missing something here.

The Track Menu commands for Designate Target Playlist, Show Target.., Toggle Target are grayed out when track view is set to "playlists."

I can't see any logical reason for this, and as someone that relies heavily on keyboard shortcuts, I think feature should work the same as in waveform view.

Anyone else have an observation on this?
