new AIR VI's are crashing ProTools 10.3.7

Just a heads up to those thinking of "upgrading" - seems like in addition to the broken installers, Hybrid and Velvet crash PT when you try to browse the presets. Vacuum Pro seems to be ok at the moment. Can't check the rest because I can't install them.

Spent the whole afternoon trying to download Strike and Structure and am getting the same errors as everyone else. Not going to attempt Transfuser at the moment.

Installed Loom but could not get the Loom Authorizer app to launch, nor does Loom show up in PT in spite of re-installing, etc.

Even further, I had to reinstall PT10 and PT11 after all the AIR installs - PT crashed hard and upon restarting was giving me "DigiShoeTool" errors and would not open. "DigiShoe" error is a new one for me. Apparently these boots ain't made for walking. Or the AIR Jordans - whatever... not good with my shoe puns.

Probably should have sat this one out. Got suckered on this one. or deflated?

FWIW on my Mac, PT 11.0.2 Hybrid, Transfuser, Velvet, Vacuum Pro, and Loom work fine.

I did not have to do any reinstalls for 10.3.7 or 11.0.2 after my Air downloads, so I guess this is not a consistent bug.

And yeah, as is stated all over the internet, Strike and Structure download files are corrupt.

On PC, for me, in addition to the Structure files being corrupt, the authorizer is is offering nothing but errors on most of the AIR apps. Now I miss ilok.

There are a LOT of issues with AIR software at the moment and in several different areas. Buying, authorizing, downloading, installing, and using. I've had a hiccup in nearly every area and I've only installed 4 of the plugins from the pack so far.

Also, after installing the pack on two different computers I've had fatal ProTools errors which forced me to uninstall and reinstall PT. I can't remember the error but the dialogue box suggested I try a full uninstall. I didn't - I went with Safe - and it was sufficient.

Still, I can't remember the last time that I was forced to reinstall the DAW after updating plugins.

So basically we can skip installing and downloading Structure and Strike until they sort them out and just download and authorize the 5 remaining VI's without any issues? How big are the files and VI's for these 5 without Structure/Strike huge files?

Had to uninstall 10.3.7 and install it new.

PT11.0.2 is working though so far with Velvet, Vacuum, Hybrid and Loom.

In addition, all download-dmgs for Strike & Structure are not available at the moment.

Really bad !

Update: Transfuser is also not available. Maybe they are updating the dmgs ... hopefully ...

• Hybrid.pkg = 72 MB
• Loom.pkg = 100 MB
• Transfuser.dmg = 2.1 GB
• Transfuser.002.dmgpart = 2.1 GB
• Transfuser.003.dmgpart = 284 MB
• VacuumPro.pkg = 105 MB
• Velvet.dmg = 540 MB

So around 4.5 GB for Transfuser.
And 800+ MB for all 4 of the other downloads.

I only downloaded and authorized on the Mac so far, and I found the easiest way for me to authorize was to do this:

1. Install those 5 products
2. Restart and repair permissions (like I always do, but not required)
3. Then run the authorization apps in each of the subfolders located here... Macintosh HD/Applications/AIR Music Technology/

I needed to choose the default authorization option of "use internet" when doing that, and entering the "unlock code" for each plug-in included with the order confirmation receipt/downloads.

This worked for me, and all are working in Pro Tools 11.0.2. Given the thread topic is about Pro Tools 10.3.7, I apologize that I haven't had a chance to test on 10.3.7 yet. I'll try to get to that this weekend.

But I thought it might be of use for Mac users wondering about the downloads and authorization process.

My downloads on my order page at www.findmyorder.com still show the downloads for Strike, Structure and Transfuser. Are you saying you don't see those on your order page, or that the links are no longer working?

YEs - download-links not working. When I click on a link I get the following message:
