Default Quick way to export wet stems in PT?

Hi,

A client wants me to send them the wet stems individually of a mix i've sent them (i'd prefer notes but hey).

Is there a feature in Pro Tools that is somewhat similar to Logic's 'Export all tracks as audio files' feature?

In Logic you can choose that feature, and tick/untick 'bypass all plugins' and then it's done.

Appreciate anyone's help here.

ps. With offline bouncing I can do this individually slightly quicker than before but it's still very tedious compared to Logic's feature.

Are you current enough to use the Commit feature in PT?

Cool. Depending on how you set up your sessions, you could easily commit (print) stems/submixes/FX offline.

The commit feature didn't work. All the stems are dry. I could have just consolidated and exported the files from the audio bin i'm not sure what difference commit tracks made. I'm clearly missing something as i'm rushing a bit. Will have to study some youtube vids on Commit to see what it actually does if it doesn't bounce with the FX still on.

So it looks like my best bet is to offline bounce each track individually?

Select the tracks and auxes you want commited, right-click any selected track name, and choose Commit. Doesn't that work for you?

Hi
I now use bounce to send stems...
You can choose the channels you want and just right click and click bounce...
From there you can change sample rate, bit rate etc etc and of course where to bounce those files

Bit late of a reply, but thanks! This does the trick really well. Still longer than Logic to export them, but a huge improvement!

That might be due to the fact that PT timestamps the audio to make sure everything stays in alignment. I don't think Logic does that, as I've gotten Logic files with audio hiccups, clicks, etc. Logic may do it quicker, but its not guaranteed to sound like a real-time bounce.
