Default Is the Focusrite Saffire Pro 24 compatible with PT11

I want to get PT 11 in the future. Currently I have a AT4033 mic and a M-Audio DMP3 stand alone pre-amp. Since the pre-amp is stand alone I need a interface. I am wanting to get the Focusrite Saffire Pro 24, will it be compatible with PT11? Also what's a good firewire sound card to purchase?

Thanks in advance

I picked up a saffire pro 24 DSP a while back and it works great with pt11. Got it as a small portable unit, and I liked the idea of the VRM. Still haven't used VRM enough to really get used to it, but seems to be useable.

Best thing about the DSP is the reverb on board also.....(and VRM)

Waiting for Focusrite to drop a box like MOTU - ie more DSP choices -

Hi CG Kid,

If you are on a PC check out this article for firewire compatibility.
