I'm still waiting also, nice to know I'm not the only one. I was given an upgrade and support plan with my pro duet. I do believe that makes me eligible?

IMHO there's no need to start a support case, they can only tell you to be patient and keep checking your avid account.
No rush for getting rented plugins at all.

I started a case and have been told it is being investigated, just followed the instructions in DTS earlier post.

![]() He who doesn't submit a support case may not get served. Avid isn't omniscient. There are acknowledged avenues whereby it isn't automatically recognized that someone qualifies for the support plan & plugins. If you qualify, haven't received them yet, and want to be sure to get them, submit a support case.

The plugins don't show in my account as of now. I'm under an active HD plan though.
I tried to start a case Friday following the procedure posted in the other thread by Digi Tech Support, but I had a message in my account telling me "You do not have access to the Support Center". I then filled a form to get access to the support portal, the message now says "Your request to support portal is under process" since Friday. I hope it won't take too long... If any Avid support guru hangs in there, can you have a look at my account please ? Thanks ! ![]() |

Why do I need to file a service ticket every time I am supposed to get a "free" upgrade!?
Who has time to keep Aplication Manager up to date and check their account info every day? Just give us what you say you are going to give us Avid or stop spamming my email with empty promises! |

Well, I entered a case last week and just got a reply saying that I am in fact eligible for the bonus pack, but it will be "the first or second half of October" before I see them. So September fades into October - and maybe November, and maybe December... or maybe the day before my support contract runs out! Who knows?

I too have not received my 12.2 HD Plugins. I opened a case on Thursday following the instructions. I've had a little interaction with support but it's not resolved yet.
I wonder how few is a "very small amount of failures" mentioned in their final post before they locked the thread and started deleting posts from those of us who said, "Wait, I don't have mine yet." I will say that my license in question was upgraded in Dec 2014 back when they were saying "Buy in now and get all updates through Mar 2016." I saw another thread from someone who said they upgraded in Nov 2014 and didn't have their HD Plugins either. Is it the early adopters who are having problems or are there others? Jon |
