Default No overwrite option on export

Used to be, when I'd export a clip that already exists in a folder, I'd be asked if I want to overwrite that existing clip. That option has vanished. Now, a new file is created automatically with "1" at the end....which I must then navigate to, and delete. I tried an experiment with a text doc in Open Office, and was asked if I want to overwrite; so, it does not appear to be an OS issue.

Thanks.
