Default Early Upgrade from CPTK Confusion

On 10/28/2014 I purchased the PT11HD Upgrade from PT9/10+CPTK from Sweetwater for $599. On 5/29/2015 I received the PT12HD Upgrade and Support Plan 2015 Update and iLok asset states Support 2016.

A few questions:
How do access Support as I have no System ID?

When does my current "Support" expire? March 2016?

As an early adopter, am I entitled to the Added Value Content, as I currently have a plan?

Must I purchase another $599 plan before 2016 or can I do the $399 option?

I'm not clear on where I stand and I feel like I supported Avid's "Kickstarter PT12 Campaign" and am not getting any clear answers.

Thanks for any info.

should be 5/29/2016 (1Yr support plan from plan-purchase*) Expiration date and system ID are found in the account tab of your Avid application manager app.

Application manager lists nothing under Account...says I have not purchased anything in the Avid Store yet. But I confirmed with Sweetwater that my purchase last year includes support through March 2016...

So why does it not indicate that in the Applications Manager?

Default Application Manager not showing support plan

I purchased PT11HD upgrade from PT9/10 + CPTK in Nov2014 and received free PT12HD update in May2015 as part of offer. Also included Support plan through March2016.

The Application Manager does not show that I have a support plan and therefore no System ID to contact support.

Sweet water Rep confirmed through their Avid Rep that I should have a support plan through March 2016 and must subscribe before then to not lapse.

I also think I'm eligible for the Added Value Plugin bundle as well, but have not received notice of this.

Any help would be appreciated.

The System ID is not in the AAM. It's in your Avid Account under my products and subscriptions in the upper right of the page.

Christopher, Please check your AAM...
System ID and expiration date per/Perpetual license does show up here in my AMM...(Newest update all synced))

Regarding OP. Was the authorization code received and was it registered in your account?

Detroit,
Yes I got an authorization code in an email from Sweetwater and followed the instructions to the letter. All was smooth. Received the free upgrade to PT12HD in May but the Application Manager never shows a subscription and Avid account never lists a System ID.

Top right of products and subscription page on Avid account says "Support Customers - if you do not see your system listed below click here to claim your upgrade"

If you click it takes you to support upgrade page where is only asks for system ID...

Big circular worm hole...
