Default Logic 9 help! Mbox pro2

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this question but I recently upgraded from tiger to snow leopard so I can run the upgraded Logic 9 on my macbook pro. I use an Mbox Pro 2, however now the interface is not communicating with the software.
I'm thinking I may need updated drivers for this. Has Digi offered these now and where can I find them? Or is this something entirely different?
Thanks
Alex

You didn't need to install SL to run Logic Pro 9. You could have just upgraded to Leopard. You would've had a Snow Leopard's chance in hell if you did this although there are also complaints about Leopard Digi-core drivers. I use both PTLE and Logic 9 (using Leopard 10.5.8). I actually have 2 audio interfaces. One for PTLE and the other for Logic. For iTunes and all other audio, I use the digital outs on my mac pro into a receiver. I never trusted Digi Core Audio. PTLE 8.01 works great with my 002 (sort of), so the only time I turn on the 002 is when I'm using ProTools LE. I don't think Digi-Core audio drivers are working with SL yet and that SL DVD is just sitting on my desk until they get it right. Good luck and I hope you get it running soon. Hopefully someone with more experience with SL will chime in here to help you out.

You would need to install the 8.0.3PR version of Pro Tools for Snow Leopard, which will install the necessary core audio drivers...

I installed 8.0.3PR version of Pro Tools for Snow Leopard but it won't work because I have Pro tools LE7.3 still. I use mainly Logic so I don't find it necessary to have to upgrade to 8 and pay extra just for my interface to work.

I use and iMac Core Duo 2GB ram on 10.5.8 (leopard). I run PT LE 8, Logic 8, Ableton Lite 8 and Propellerhead's Record all via my MBox 2 Pro. No problems. I don't see why I would upgrade to SL...

Does Mbox have ADC?, reason why I'm asking is a client of mines daughter wants to get into recording, of coarse Mbox was my first recommendation, or firebox, I just hate to see a youngster struggle with without ADC, now I just read that firebox comes with Studio one software with ADC. Sorry for getting off topic, but any input to help this youngster will work. please forgive my intrusion.

7.3 is listed on the digi web site as not qualified or compatible with either leopard or snow leopard. This could be the root of your problem.
