Support cases disappeared

Hi, have two active support plans, one for PT 12 that was bought 6 months ago
in one account and one expert plus for an HDX we bought about the same time together with two Avid HD i/o interfaces in another account.
From what I understand everyone with an active support plan should "get" the additional plugins, Pro plugins for the expert plus and 11 rack plugins for the vanilla. Did not get any so followed the advice here:

Logged in and started two support cases yesterday, checked them this morning and they were still there but no answer.
(so much for the 4-hour expert plus) and now when I login both cases are gone.There are no support cases anymore. Did someone at Avid just deleted them?
Both support plans are active to march 2016.

I searched for your cases across multiple accounts and could not find them. I don't believe that Support Reps have privileges to delete cases so this is very strange.

I started new cases (02803792 and 02803811) from your accounts so you will be hearing from CS on these.
