Default Split Bounce at Markers

Hi, i've done a lot of googling and have hit dead end really.

I've been working on a drums sample library and have about 1000 loops inside PT10.
There are 8 Mic's involved, all with plugins on, so exporting clips isn't an option.
I just want to get a stereo mix of each loop as a separate file.
I also would like to avoid exporting every clip manually!

Does anyone have a method for bouncing the range between Markers as separate audio files (and maybe even naming them after the markers)?

I'm thinking the best way is to export the whole project as one long .Wav.
Then use "Export> Session info as text" or a Midi export converted to a "delimited file" and use a splitter to split up the .Wav into it's constituent parts & name them after the markers.

Problem is I can't find a splitter which supports anything other than .Cue or anything to convert the above formats IN to .Cue

I did see someone suggested an app called "Jam" on a forum, but without any info other than that it's been difficult to find anything other than the Tesco's value stuff.

Anyone got any suggestions?
Thanks!
Nick

I'm not aware of any way to make this happen(hope I'm wrong). Maybe a better method would be to send a mix of your 8 tracks thru a stereo bus to a stereo audio track and mix/print them as you go?

Yeah i'm really hoping to avoid doing this manually.
It's a 3 hour export time for the loops as it is.

If I have to do each one manually I'll need to sit there the entire time re-selecting ranges and then waiting for each bounce to finish.

Not to mention having to name them as i go... It would be hell

  1. Record your entire mix to a new stereo audio track
  2. Set Grid resolution to Clips/Markers
  3. Edit > Separate Clip > On grid
  4. Select all clips
  5. Export

You can also Auto Rename selected clips from the Clips list drop-down menu before export.

As a caution, IIRC, Auto Rename renames the clips on the timeline, but not on the hard disk.

Cheers,
