All know is that my · Behringer Autocom Pro MDX 1400 Stereo Compressor/Limiter/Gate... basically SUCKS. I got it cheap. It works live fine becuase I can not hear the noise it's making, but recording with it is a nightmare, low level noise and pops and turning a knob yeilds different types of noise. I have not used any other Behringer product so I'll limit my comment to my Comp unit which is going to be replaced really soon.

Hey guys...

Just wanted to say thanks, once again for your input and comments. After asking everyone and their mother and doing some demo'ing I went with a Focusrite Penta.. It was a tad bit more than what I planned but it sound awesone....Thanks!!!
