Also, you can't just write off the chipset as being incompatible unless and until you are using all of the required and recommended components, which, as I have pointed out to you several times, you aren't.

You had pointed out one HD absence and VIA - firewire controler to be out of list ofcompatible hardware. This is now fixed. Second HD is present and setup, TI firewire is present instead of VIA.

Still the same errors. For how long you will refuse to assign them as for proc and chipset?

While it may indeed be the processor, I know of at least one other DUC member who has reported success with that motherboard: in this previous post. He is using a different processor, so that might indeed be the case.

Also;

Just because it has the TI chipset on the firewire controller does not mean that it is compatible. Usually yes, TI chipset FW controllers are compatible, but not always.

Maybe you could post a new sandra report with the new components you have? That would make helping you a lot easier, and allow us to eliminate certain other suggestions.

Firstly, let me thank you for your time and good advise, helped me much any way.

Secondly, I simply bought Core2Duo 6600. It works fine now. ( even with VIA firewire controller, with one hard drive - I will still use both ofcourse, as recomended, e.t.c)
