track height

i am dropping .wav audio tracks into pro tools edit window and the default track size always is medium. even when i change it under setup>pref>editing>zoom toggle. i want my default track size to always be large or even jumbo. Is there a way to make it so it always is large? even upon start-up?

Zoom settings are only for zooming. There USED to be a default track hieght, bit seems to have gone in recent versions. Its actually simple to hold the Alt key and drag any track to the desired height(holding Alt will cause ALL tracks to change). Save the session and it should always open that way. You can also build a template session to your needs, set track height as well as everything else you want, and save that as a custom template
