Default Another cover tune with my Eleven Rack

I just finished a cover of Kansas Carry On Wayward Son. I used my Eleven Rack for all electric guitars, acoustic guitars and bass guitar. Check it out. And as always, your feedback, good or bad is always welcome.http://SoundCloud.com/tckramer/carry...n-Kansas-cover

Wonderful job! I personally would use a tiny bit less of pitch correction on the vocals and that's it.

The sounds are dialed in very nicely. Well done. That was a really nice mix overall too. I agree on the pitch correction comment. But as for the 11R sounds, kudos to you for your sonic detail.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I appreciate the kind words and especially the constructive criticism. It’s refreshing to here opinions from people in the business. I will definitely be keeping an eye on my pitch editing in my next mix.

Pitch correction can turn into micro editing very easily. I think the best way to improve on this is to do a few gigs for other producers, the feedback from people who's only listening instead of watching the process can help keeping the balance and get more natural performances.
