Default D-command fighting faders( again). Need help!

Hi all!
I have blue D command+16 faders since over a year. I have fighting faders from the first time i used it. I have tried everything(running in circle mode, clean the caps, even removed the caps to touch metal part...) to solve the problem but no success. Fighting Faders by me are random. I live in Vietnam and its cost to much to send units to US to repair. Please help me and let me know if I can order parts to replace. Exactly what, where to order. Can I do it (replace parts) myself?
Thank you for your help!
Quan

At the studio I work for, we had this problem in all our d-command rooms. We cleaned the fader channels and that actually help some. Some channels where over cleaned and swished around crazy. We ended up replacing the faders. I think the replacement faders are 200 each. That fixed the problem 100%.

Having a proper ground for the AC is critical.

Thank you for your support! Where can i buy replacement faders? How much does it cost per fader? The fighting faders are random so should I replace all 24 faders?

The new faders are $200 each USD and all need to be replaced in a section so I would say start with the main 8 and if it works then do the expansion's 16.

I get them from the LA Field Service guy so depending on were you are you should get in touch with the local service office.
