Default Mix Mentor needed

Hi all.
Newish to mixing. but still fail to occupy the pro's ground.. as Im fully aware it takes years of practice to reap the benifits. - however as Im mixing our bands album, (ran outof money at recording stage) - im now overwhelmed by the constant high steep learning curve. and this always gets too much.

So im looking for a mentor I can lean on, send email questions and this person can fire me back the problems and answer any silly questions I might add.

I know this may sound all too cheeky, and it possibly is. but If any of you pros out there have a heart then help a learning buddy out. and will reward you in a way I can.

Cheers
please PM me email address so we can hook up.
here are 2 of the songs on the ablum (VERY differnt ones)
so you can see where im going wrong already.
