Hi, Having the same problem. Can't figure out what is wrong with it

I installed PTF as directed. First Ilok, licenced with no problems and then installed PTF.

When I start I get ''Maximum number of project reached for this accout. I havent made/started or openend any project yet.

Does anyone has a solution?

Hi, I was tearing my hair out with the same problem but I somehow managed to fix it.

First I went to Marketplace within ProTools and clicked on 'Manage my Avid Cloud'. There it showed my subscription details and that I had 3 projects available.

Then I closed ProTools went to the separate Avid Application Manager app and installed Client Cloud Services. It either installed it or reinstalled it on my machine - not sure. When I opened ProTools again my projects were available.

Hi..I just bought Focurite Scarlett 6i6, I have install all the software
when i start to use Pro tools,it has problem with sign in (take a long time) and after it I can't make a new project Launched Pro Tools First; I have 0/0 projects.

im having the same issue as everyone else. The error is: The Maximum Number Of Projects has been reached. I suggest you get on this and fix it. Annoying to say the least. Any "good" fixes?

I am having exact the same problem "Too many projects but - I have none!" and found no remedy yet. I even tried a new master acount because the first one I used was rather old. I guess that something is wrong wit the PTF download (downloaded on 05/28/17) and should be fixed by Avid.

Can you update your Email on your profile? we can't find any Pro Tools First under your current Email linked to your duc accont.

I guess I have the problem solved (at least it works for me).

I reinstalled PTF on a laptop with Win10 Pro x64 to be compatibel with Win7 - and the problem was gone. Before I installed it normally for Win10.
