My Pro tools 11 was disappeared my avid account
Same situation as blow thread.
I registered my 11 version few years ago and used to be able to download my protools 10/11 installers from my account, now they are gone, only an "avid link" installer. I wanna upgrade my protools but I can't because there's no previous version I purchased in my account. Plz help me..

You dont need any previous version in your avid account to upgrade, only need the license On the ilok account as you need to surrender from there so nothkng to do with whats in your Avid Account for Upgrade purposes.
