...and why is Melodyne listed as AAX-DSP? I'm pretty sure that it isn't. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Could it be that these will be DSP and announced at NAMM, and Avid jumped the gun a little by publishing it?

Guess he meant aax native there.

Maybe not. Could be they will do native AAX and just not do DSP.

'twould be a shame as I love Melodyne...

Edit: Methinks I may have missed the direction of this thread.. lol

Why would anyone even expect an AAX DSP version of Melodyne?
They never had a TDM version.
I'm sure they'll port to AAX Native.

We did announce it on Twitter, Facebook, and linked it from the AAX Plug-ins List, but things can always be louder.
