Where are the download links for Pro Tools 2018.1?

Hi! I'm reading these post and would like to ask where I could possibly find the download links to Pro Tools 2018.1 that you are speaking of. I've checked my Avid account download links as well as the Application Manager and I can see it has not been made available to me as of yet. I wasn't sure if there was another way of downloading the newest version. Thanks so much for any help you may can provide.

Are you on a current plan monthly or annually?

If not then those won't show up and if yes then they should be in your avid account.
