Where is my No Charge Pro Tools 12 Upgrade?

Avid Customer Support are on this and will sort this out as soon as possible. It may take a few days but you will get your links and licenses. No one is beeing left behind. Hang in there. Avid knows about it and are working to fix this.

Yes, once processed you will see your upgrade in the Products Not Yet Downloaded section of your Avid account. If needed, this KB article explains the steps.

We've been notifying customers when their upgrades are processed, but obviously not all of these notices are getting through.

Found your LE to 11 Upgrade and it incorrectly lists Date of Purchase in 2011. Will start a support case for you and escalate this to get it fixed.

Tried to answer you via support case... you purchased Pro Tools Software that was produced before the Upgrade Plan was added (and price increased by $200) so unfortunately it does not qualify for the upgrade.
