Just for the record I am also missing my EqIII plug in also, since I updated my OSX to 10.7.5 I have EQI and EQ7 but the 4 band is not showing up in pro tools 10.3.3...the funny thing is I can actually see the plug-in in my plug-in folder.

You are likely seeing this in the RTAS folder; these are now loading from the AAX folder. The AAX version of EQIII has eliminated the 4 band.

You might try going to the installer and "repair".

Have you repaired Disk Permissions? Thats pretty much mandatory on a Mac after you install anything. It may Help.
