Default Dual rail ethernet 10/100 system ?

We are installing a new Procotrol soon. Our current network has a number of PCs and Macs on it and is used for file transfers etc. I'm a bit worried about a network peak at the wrong moment during a mix. Does anyone know of MAC G3's support two Ethernet connections ? I want to run dual ethernets.. one for the console and one for the back office. I could put the whole thing on a switched ethernet but that tends to get expensive.
