Unreliable Window Configuration Feature on Two Computer Monitors

Window Configuration feature in Pro Tools is one of the most powerful tools when it comes to manage my visual workflow.
This window configuration feature becomes unreliable when using two computer monitors. In my case, the primary computer monitor is where I keep Pro Tools Edit window with all its menu tabs. The second monitor holds the Mix window.
This is the issue:
When I recall any saved window configuration associated with Pro Tools Edit window and Pro Tools Mix window, Pro Tools software messes up everything. Most of the time, instead of showing me exactly the way I saved both separate windows, Pro Tools will show me the Edit window, only. Or the plug-in windows will disappear to say the least.
Pro Tools window configuration feature is a powerful tool needed for my workflow. I have been renewing my yearly subscription since day one. Please, Avid fix this issue or promise me to fix it in near future if you want me to renew my subscription at the end of year 2020.

Yep.

I love this feature and use it every session on 2 monitors as well, but it is very unreliable.
