Default Exporting Pro Tools Session into Logic Pro

Long shot, but, is there a proven method for successfully exporting a Pro Tools sessions 'Temp Maps', 'Markers' and 'Time Signature Maps' into Logic Pro?.

I don't need to export any Audio, I just need to get the basic session data - as listed above - into Logic, so that a drummer can then track his drum parts in Logic Pro.
[ED: I know the sessions Bit depth and sample rates should match too]

I've seen tutorials on how to import/export audio across the two, but non of them go into how to do what I'm asking?.
Is it even possible, given that PT and Logic's software architecture are different?.

Thanks in advance

that said .. how many songs are we talking about ???

just thinking out loud ...

1) manually - copy Tempo Maps, Time Sig's and Markers
2) see if you can get ProConvert license
3) buy Logic for 199.00 and move the songs over yourself and send drummer Logic Session
4) OMF transfer ... if you want to send me your session file in PT i can try doing OMF transfer here and see what comes across .. unless you know this will not work

cheers john

Hey Pete,
Create a single midi track in your PT session, then go to "Export-Midi" & choose "Type 0" & Export that file.
Then import that file into Logic Pro ... this should do what you need.

It's been a while since I had to do this (Logic 8), but it should still work fine... Hope it helps.

Thanks for the response man.

I'll have 12 songs. It's my new studio album.

Well I feel quite reluctant to spend anymore on software, given I've already spent a small fortune on it ha ha. But I take your point re: buying Logic, it's a good suggestion.

No, I haven't even tried doing this yet, so have no clue if it would even work.
so again, reluctant to spend money on something that may not work.

Thanks for your offer, I may actually do this!. I could send you just the PT Session Icon, with no audio or audio folders. You'd just need the Icon as that will have all the info you'll need. Perhaps we could just test it out?. Would you mind?.

Thanks for the help.

Ah, YOU LEGEND. Thank you for such a positive response.
Brilliant. :) I'll test it out at my earliest convenience and let you know if it worked.

Many many thanks.

...just had a chance to check the current PT 2019.10 ref... from pg 417:

Quote:
Exported MIDI information includes notes, controller
events, program changes, and System Exclusive
data, as well as events for tempo, meter, and markers
.... prob worth reading ppg. 414-418 ... there are a couple nuances...
