You must sign in to access projects
I'm going mad! I'm using the latest 12.6 and I keep having problems with Pro Tools connecting to the Internet. My browser works fine, I AM connected to the internet, but PT doesn't think so. Sometimes it attaches automatically and sometimes its a real Pain in the Ass to get it to connect! The other night it took almost an hour. I thought I had a work around because I tried disabling my Network card in Control Panel then enabling again. That worked ONCE!
I tried it again tonite and it does nothing! Can anyone point me in the right direction??? Thanks! |

Re: You must sign in to access projects
Are you using Cloud Collaboration - which is what projects are for?

Re: You must sign in to access projects
Yes I'm using Collaboration. Thats where the problem is, If I can;t sign on I can't access my projects!
This is what I'm paying by the month for? Avid get it together, this cloud collaboration is perhaps the one thing that can save your company. Don't screw it up! |
