Waves Metering on D-Command

Does anyone have any idea when Waves will have a fix for the meters not working with their plug-ins on the D-Command? I hope it's not just me, but the D-Esser, RComp, etc plug-ins show no metering on the Control Surface for gain reduction, output levels, etc.

They know about it and have told me that it isn`t a bug, it just hasn`t been implemented yet. Their man focus has been to get the Wintel Macs supported. So now that that is accomplished....?

Hate to sound negative but I quite frankly seriously doubt that it is an issue that is high on their priority list. In fact ... I doubt it IS on their priority list. I'm sure it's on some list of 'things to do when we get bored' lying around somewhere.

Argh ... they can allways invent some kinda new level of wup I guess ... call it wup+ ... That would give Icon users 3 levels to choose from instead of the current 2.

- Buy waves without WUP and you have no mapping at all
- Buy waves with WUP and you get mapping but no metering
- Buy Waves with WUP+ and you get mapping AND metering.
