MIDI Patch Names & PT6.4.1 Mix

Can I call up the names documents used earlier in Pro Tools 5.1 and OMS for use in Pro Tools 6.4.1? If so, how? The MIDI setup is simple: MOTO MIDI Timepiece AV USB, Roland XV-5080 with expansionn cards, Yamaha S-80.
