Can\'t find save folder!
Hi - I'm running LE 7.3 on a MacBook and I can't seem to find some saved files.. I usually use an external hard drive called "Audio" but for a few sessions one day, I created sessions and saved files hastily, not realizing that my drive was not switched on - so, it saved to a place on my mac called Volumes-->Audio, a destination that would normally be my external drive. So now these files are eating up space on my hard drive and I can't find the files in the finder or using spotlight - I can only access them through "recent places" in the Open Protools Session dialogue.
This is really bugging me! Please help if you have any idea what's goin on. Thanks! Alec |

Re: Can\'t find save folder!
I'm sure you've tried this, so don't think I'm dumb for suggesting...
In most applications (I don't see why PT would be any different) if you open the project and then select File..."Save As" it will default to save-as in the current project folder. So just perform a Save-as and see what folder it initially wants you to save to. This should tell you where it is Currently saved to. Does that make sense?
