Default Problems with Workspace Browser in PT 8

I get following Error message when trying to open a specific Partition in the workspace Browser:

Neo Assertin in "/Volumes/Development/vb_link/AlturaPorts/SDKs/Neo61/Libraries/Macintosh/Enviroments/Alone/../../../../Source/CNeoInode.cpp",line 1242

My hard disk in partioned in 2 parts. One with the system, and one with the data. The Error message only occures on the Data PArtition. Both drives are formated Mac Os Extended (Journaled)

My Specs: Mac Pro 2x2.66 Dual Core/ 6 GB Ram/ osx 10.5.5/ DIGI 002 PT 8

Importing Audio works fine with apple+shift+i, so I have a work around, but it would be nicer using the workspace browser.

Asy suggestions?

Delete Volume and Database files as outlined in the "General Troubleshooting" thread.

Also, if I'm reading your post right, you have one single hard drive partitioned into an OS partition and a PT audio partition? If so, this is very much not recommended, it's pretty much the worst way you could possibly set up your hard drive for working with PT as it's a big resource drain on the drive and will have a major effect on your performance in a negative way. You need either a dedicated 2nd internal SATA hard drive, or a qualified firewire drive for your PT sessions.

Was out of Town a while so I couldn't reply. Thanks for the feedback, Slim. Time to get another harddrive I guess...
