...welll thats a workaround that seems to run, even if I'd prefer all the sounds over my genelec speakers (ok i could use a mixer).
find attached the screenshot of the working setting without crackling. Idk thank you really a lot for your support!!! prost from berlin! rob

I've experienced this before, it's called sample ticking. Tinker with your clock settings, from Internal to external, specially when you're using hardware interfaces. Hope this helps.
