Default Synching MIDI with Audio track of changing meters

Hello,
Thanks for your help. I created an audio track without a click and therefore the beat is not accurate but it's natural. This track has many meter changes from 3/2 to 3/4 to 5/4 , etc. I want to import MIDI from my Sibelius 6 score.
How do I line up the audio to the imported MIDI tracks?

I probably need to create some type of barlines with meter changes on the audio track before importing the MIDI tracks. Is that true? If so, please explain , click by click, exactly how to do this.
Thank you,
Grateful
