Video and audio out of synchronization in loop rec

I have got the problem when setting up a post Protools system.
There are HP-XW8000, Sync I/O, 96 I/O X02, AVoption V10 and control 24 in my system.
When I do the loop record video start immediately while the time line still in stop mode and start to play after 4 seconds. It put the audio 4s delayed from the video. Preroll time is 00.
Video and audio are syncronized on play loop.
Please give me some advices.

What version of Pro Tools are you running? Make sure to get 6.4cs10 as it fixes an issue with PAL video sync: http://www.digidesign.com/download/cs/64cs10/hdwin/

Protools 6.4cs10 has been installed but sorry the problem is still the same.
The trouble is only in loop record mode.

Are you generating LTC or MTC from the SYNC I/O while recording? If so, what happens if you uncheck generate in the Session Setup Window?

Is Pro Tools locking to incoming timecode? Is MachineControl being used?

Yes, LTC are generating from SYNC I/O while recording .
Nothing happened with LTC generate unchecked though there are no timecode displayed on the SYNC I/O panel and on the windows display.
Protools is lock to the captured video timecode on the timeline.
Machine control is only being used when in video capturing mode.

NTSC video format has been checked, so it is probably not a PAL issue.

Are you saying that you've tried both PAL and NTSC and the same thing occurs?

In the Session Setup Window, clock source must be set to SYNC I/O and clock reference must be Video Reference. Please confirm that you're configured this way.

Yes, I have checked both NTSC and PAL and got the same problem.

Clock source has been configured that way.
