Default Can't create new project

Hey there. I'm having trouble using Pro Tools First. Right at start-up, when I go to create a new project, I receive a message saying that I'm at maximum capacity on my cloud storage.

I have not created any projects or placed them in the cloud.

Help is appreciated. Thank you.

A case has been created. You'll receive an Email once this is fixed.
