Mbox Mini2 firmware update

hi after re installing installing Pro tools 7.4LE on my computer my mbow did a firmware update and now the computer wont recognize the mbow it just says usb device has malfunctioned i have tried to install the drivers again and plugged the mbox into another computer but no joy is there any way to go back to the previous firmware and will this fix the computer not recognizing it?
any help will be very appreciated
