Splitting a MIDI track into multiple MIDI tracks
Hello,
is there a simple command to split one single MIDI track, that for instance has note information for a four part drum part, ie: kick, snare, open hi-hat, closed hi-hat, into four separate MIDI tracks so that each drum part has its own MIDI track? I know that you can do it by copying each part and pasting it to a new track, but I'm hoping there is a command that will take care of it instead. any insight is appreciated |

Re: Splitting a MIDI track into multiple MIDI tracks
'Select/Split Notes Command' page 911 of the Pro Tools 9 Reference Guide.
