Projects No Longer Open

Hello,

New forum user here...looking for some help with a problem I'm experiencing.

Recently I've had trouble logging into Pro Tools First. When the login screen pops up, the window says "Access Denied" or "Bad Gateway." I can get in about 50% of the time.

When I am able to login in, I am not able to load any projects. I click on the project but nothing happens - the project list window disappears but nothing else pops up.

It was also giving me an error message when creating a new project ("There was an error in posting the project") but that seems to have cleared itself up. Now I just can't open my previous projects, which is really unfortunate!

My specs:
2018 Macbook Pro
Mojave OS
2.2 GHz Intel Core i7
16 GB RAM
Pro Tools First 19.6

If there's anything else I've forgotten please ask and I'm happy to provide. I recently purchased this computer factory refurbished so there is not much on it in terms of memory or other programs, and it runs flawlessly otherwise.

Does anyone know how to contact Avid Support directly? I am paying for a monthly cloud subscription and it no longer seems to be working. I'd rather fix it than cancel it, but the situation as it currently stands is a waste of money.
