Consolidate/Audiosuite bug

Here's what's happening:

Take a clip that has a fade at the end (and more clips later in timeline)
Select from within the clip to the BEGINNING of the fade (click within clip and TAB to next boundary-beginning of fade)
Now consolidate or render an audiosuite plugin
All seems to be fine, but when you zoom in or out you will realize that ALL later clips downstream on this track have disappeared!
Automation still remains, but no clips.

Anyone else experience this? Care to try? I've tried on 3 systems here and all show the same problem.
