Pro Tools 6.4 and Windows XP Error message

Hello

I installed the 6.4 for Windows XP and the computer crashed giving me this errior message (The application or DLLC:\Program File\Digidesign\Protools\Paceilui.dll is not a valid Windows image Please check this against your installation disk. I click ok and the computer screen goes blue with some writing for a moment and then the computer shuts down.

I'm using SP2 and I downloaded the Cs9 and loaded it but that also did not help.

SP2 came preinstalled with my HP pavilion zv5000 AMD 64 3700.

Is there a way to get the Windows SP1?
Will purchasing Pro Tools 6.7 fix my problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
