Check the Digidesign Answerbase on their site. Type in 'unexpectedly quit' and it'll give you plenty of info.

mbox protools new session launches then crashes
I need to know how to solve this problem in osx, L&M suggested deleting the digisetup for os 9 but I cant find equivalent in os x. Is there a solution to this?
