Pro Tools Installers missing from account

I get the same message. I have tried to follow all the links here but still nothing :/ I just bought a new mac and wanted to download my pro tools to that computer. All the downloads went fine with no errors. But i cant find my download on avid.com. But it says that i habe the license.


I just want it to work. It works perfektly on my old mac

I have the same problem. bought a new Mac and downloaded everything that I had on my old computer. No error.

Can somebody please help me?!

Your License is ready, please activate it on your iLok License Manager to your iLok. Should be all set by now. One of our Licensing Rep should send you an Email for confirmation.

my pro tools 10/11 downloads links are missing too. previous version are there but not 10 or 11...
