Digi 003 Factory Rack
So, I have an MSI GS70 2QE and I also have a Digi 003 Factory Rack. I really like this interface.
My issue is that my computer doesn't have firewire at all. It has four USB 3.0 ports. From what I understand, there is no way to connect this interface to this computer. I would love to be proven wrong in this! Thanks in advance!

Sorry, can't prove you wrong. Unless you have a Thunderbolt port or an express card slot, you ain't gonna be able to connect it.
I've used the firewire to thunderbolt adapter with my 003+ Rack with no issues. I also use and express card with my laptop and my 003+ Rack as a mobile unit, and it works great.

The thunderbolt adapter was on a Mac computer right Bob?
I dont think win has tbolt drivers so that might prove a no go there. Works on Mac but doubt Win.
