Configuring Pro Tools 10 with Apollo 16mkII and 2bus+

Hey,

My first post and I am slightly embarrassed to be asking for the help, but after a few months of going between vendors and manufacturers I just don't seem to be getting anywhere.

Basically I have several pieces of hardware that i need to configure to optimize my rig for both recording and mixing.

What I have:
MacBook Pro running Mavericks, Pro Tools 10.3, Universal Audio Apollo 16 MKII, Audient ASP 880 8 Channel Pre, (2) Neve 1073lb, Dangerous Music 2Bus + and Monitor ST.

I really am not a fan of the Apollo Console and would like to just use Pro Tools directly. I have managed to bypass the monitoring from the Apollo and have the monitoring controlled by the Dangerous Music Monitor ST.

My problem comes along with having the Apollo, Pro Tools AND Dangerous Music 2Bus+ playing well together. Do I have to set all of the outputs to the Dangerous Music 2 Bus? For example in the Apollo and Pro Tools Outputs have Output one be 2bus+ 1 (Mono), 2Bus+ 2 (Mono), 2Bus+ 3-4 (Stereo), 2Bus+ 5-6 (Stereo), 2Bus+ 7-8 (Stereo), 2Bus+ 9 (Mono), 2Bus+ 10 (Mono), 2Bus+ 11-12 (Stereo), 2Bus+ 13-14(Stereo), 2Bus+ 15-16 (Stereo). And I get even more confused since 2 outputs of the Dangerous Music 2Bus+ go back into Apollo Inputs 15-16.

Also, is a Master Fader no longer needed by using the 2Bus+? And how do the outputs to the speakers get set up if the 2Bus needs outputs 1 and 2?

I know alot of newbie questions but any bit of help would be greatly appreciated.
