D-Command monitor mounting
Hi there,
Anyone out there with a D-Command found a cool way to mount a monitor on an arm that swings out over the console? I need to get the screen closer for editing and then swing it back when I mix. All ideas welcome!

Re: D-Command monitor mounting
I'll second this. I'll add that I found the computer keyboard tray that came with the AKA desk way too big. It stuck out roughly 15" from the front of the console. In my case, I had a custom keyboard tray built for a couple hundred $$ by a local (Los Angeles) machine shop. Now I can get comfortably close to the console.

Re: D-Command monitor mounting
Hi,
While I do like the AKA Designs table, I was looking for a $250 solution not a $1300 solution... Any other ideas?

This product extends the farthest I have seen. It is expensive but it works, I have one and I can get my monitor right up in my face sitting or standing. Caveat, this is up on their web site but I bought mine a while back so I am not sure how current it is. |

Re: D-Command monitor mounting
We use the entry level Ergomart Arm SAA7000. Cost $165 and works like a charm. We also use their pull out keyboard attachment. Send me your email and I'll send you a few pics of how we setup.
