Wooshing sound from guitars

What's with the wooshing sound in the background of my guitar? How come I can't upload an audio file? You would think I can load a snippet of the guitar to show an example. But if anyone knows what I'm talking about it would surely be appreciated

Well great eexplanation there and which track do I have to listen to ?? Its like an album of metal and I cant listen too long as my brain hurts so where and what exact track? And how would your wooshing recorded tracks in this be a PT issue!?

You need to post with the signal chain, never heard or had any issue with wooshing anything during our 15 years of studio work unless wenmade a mistake and not the tape machines or now PT.

Sounds like a typical heavy guitar sound. Look up stems on youtube, like this one:

Obviously your tone and/or EQ is different, and it's hard to compare mono vs stereo. But you're gonna have some whooshing/swirling going on with that much distortion. Some amp/cam/mic combos have it more than others. You can tame it a bit with notch filters at particularly offensive frequencies.
